Decoring machines functions as the loosening and removing the sand from the air operated system. In the decoring machine, the castings are vibrated by eccentric masses in order to loosen and remove the sand. It is then preceded by a short period of hammering with an air-operated system. The decoring machine is built inside a soundproof cubicle that consists of sliding doors for each casting load or unloads. Cleaning of the castings is assured by a set of nozzles installed on the fixture. The decored sand is collected in the lower part of the machine and evacuated by a conveyor or similar system.
Individual steel frames support the castings. In order to maintain the castings, the castings are secured by a set of nozzles installed on the device. All of the excess sand is placed in the lower part of the machine and ejected through another system.
